Barn Owl Nursery Products (Wilsonville, Oregon)
All lavender plants are grown in Oregon using organic practices.
Dried Lavandin Bundles – French lavandin (L. x intermedia cultivars) $5.00 small, $8.00 medium, $10.00 large These can be used for dried arrangements, bouquets, & crafts.
Dried Lavender Bundles – English lavender (L. angustifolia)
$5.00 small, $8.00 medium, $10.00 large Lavender buds left on the stem can be used to garnish a variety of foods & beverages. The buds can be removed from the stems & left whole to garnish & lightly scent recipes. English lavender buds can be ground & used in small amounts to flavor a variety of foods & beverages.
Dried Craft Buds – French Lavandin (L. x intermedia) 1 oz. bag – $4
These highly fragrant buds can be used for aromatherapy, crafts & sachets.
1 oz. = approximately 1 cup of clean-screened buds. Larger bulk quantities are available, while supply lasts.
Dried Culinary Buds – English lavender (Lavandula angustifolia)
Our culinary lavender buds are clean-screened by hand several times & processed with extra care. They are packaged in food safe bags or in glass jars with tight fitting lids. 1 oz. bulk bag – $5.00 Glass jars – $8.00 to $12.00 Price depends on the price of the jar and the weight of buds.

Barn Owl Nursery/RavenCroft Freeze-Dried Culinary Lavender (Oregon)
Twenty cultivars of Barn Owl Nursery’s culinary lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), were havested fresh at the optimal stage in the summer of 2024. They were freeze-dried & packaged at RavenCroft (Mulino, OR.) to produce optimal freshness & potency of the culinary lavender buds on their stems. The advantage of the freeze-drying process is it minimizes handling of the buds, as well as the time from harvest to packaging, which in turn, maximizes the quality of the buds. The benefit of freeze-drying lavender is that it yields a product that can retain its scent & color for prolonged periods of time. The bags used to package this lavender are designed to exclude light, moisture, & oxygen. Once packaged, the culinary lavender buds remain whole & undisturbed. The buds are stored in a cool dark place until ready to use. See & smell the difference for yourself. We are offering a limited supply of freeze-dried culinary lavender buds on the stems. 1 bag – $9
Herbs de Provence Salt-Free, Organic Herb Seasoning Blend

A savory, salt-free blend of seven organically grown, finely cut herbs: basil, rosemary, thyme, parsley, marjoram, tarragon, & our culinary lavender,

Sachets vary in price, depending on the price of the empty bag & the amount of lavender in each bag. We have a variety of empty & lavender filled bags that can be used for sachets or small lavender gift bags. Bags are made with muslin, sheer organza, or cotton fabic. We have added a selection of lovely white cotton bags that are embroidered with several different lavender designs.
*Lavender Bear – $25
This cute purple bear is made with soft plush fabric. It has embroidered eyes so it is safe for age 3 and up. The head, arms, & legs are filled with fiberfill. The tummy is filled with our dried lavender or lavandin buds in reuseable muslin bags.
Lavender Essential Oils We distill our own pure lavender essential oils. Our oils are single cultivars (varieties). All oils are in child-resistant blue or amber glass bottles with dropper inserts. Our fresh lavender flowers are steam-distilled in small batches & aged at least one year.
